How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, pick your size and colour, and click “Add to Cart.” Head to Checkout, enter your details, and complete payment. A confirmation email reaches you instantly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once they enter fulfilment, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Email zyronwearofficial@gmail.com as early as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use it to follow your package in real time.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. Still missing? Email zyronwearofficial@gmail.com with your registered email address and we’ll sort it immediately.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier availability.
Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free on all orders above ₹499.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
What if my pin code is not serviceable?
Use the pin code checker on the product page to verify availability before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email zyronwearofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Our team confirms eligibility and arranges a pick-up within 48–72 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item — credited back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes, subject to stock availability. If the variant isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
What items cannot be returned?
Products that are used, washed, or have had tags removed. Giveaway items, freebies, and sale products are also non-returnable.

How do I find the right size?

What fabrics are used in ZYRON products?
ZYRON products are engineered using three advanced materials — SoftCore (MicroModal: 3× lighter than cotton, feather-soft), AirFlow (Lyocell: moisture-wicking, cooling, ideal for sensitive skin), and FlexFit (Elastane: stretch, shape retention, movement). How should I care for my ZYRON innerwear?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach or expose to heat above 50°C. Air dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on prints.
PAYMENTS & OFFERS
What payment methods do you accept?
All major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. EMI options are available on select cards.
Is it safe to pay on ZYRON’s website?
Yes. Payments go through Razorpay — encrypted and secure. We never store your card or UPI details on our servers.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your code in the “Coupon Code” field at checkout and click “Apply.” Only one coupon per order.
I was charged but got no confirmation — what do I do?
This can happen due to a brief gateway delay. Email zyronwearofficial@gmail.com with your transaction reference number — we’ll verify and confirm your order right away.
What is the Referral Program?
Refer a friend to ZYRON and earn a ₹100 discount coupon once they make their first purchase. Your friend gets a flat 10% off their first order. Referral coupons are valid for 30 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.
