Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition — all tags and original packaging intact.
- Used, washed, or tag-removed items are not eligible.
- Giveaway items, freebies, and sale/clearance products are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email zyronwearofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team responds within 24–48 hours to confirm eligibility and schedule a pick-up.
- Pack the item in its original packaging.
- Our logistics partner picks up from your address within 48–72 hours of confirmation.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and quality-inspect the returned item.
- Credited to your original payment method (card / UPI / wallet / net banking).
- For Cash on Delivery orders: refund via bank transfer — share your bank details when raising the request.
Exchanges
- Subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a full refund is issued instead.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
Email zyronwearofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
10-Day Replacement Warranty
All ZYRON products come with a 10-day replacement warranty. If your product shows wear and tear under regular usage within 10 days, we replace it — valid for one replacement only.
Warranty is void if the product is:
- Exposed to bleach, chlorine, or heat above 50°C.
- Silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, or otherwise altered after purchase.
- Purchased from an unauthorised dealer or marketplace.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or worn items.
- Items with removed tags or damaged packaging.
- Giveaway items and promotional freebies.
- Sale / clearance products.
- Gift cards.
